Months later, my wife & I decided it was time to seriously look into purchasing a home. We called Trent, and he was more than willing to help :) As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had a myriad of questions and concerns about the entire process. He always had an answer to our questions and made himself available to us after our working hours. From touring houses all the way to closing, there were times we felt lost & emotional; Trent was never more than a phone call away to ease our discomfort. Moving to a new city and buying a house especially with criteria such as good schools , safe neighborhoods ; etc comes with a variety of challenges . Ismael did an outstanding job , from the first moment of contact; communicating all the variables associated with such transactions ,His , knowledge , understanding of the local market ;and patience , could not have been more helpful .
