Cody and his team are some of the hardest working real estate professionals I've ever met. We lived on the other side of the state, and were only able to come to Houston a handful of times to see homes. Not a problem. Cody's showing agent, Chris, must have shown us 30 different houses over the course of two months. Every single time he showed up with a positive attitude; cellphone in hand, he'd give us helpful info about the house and neighborhood as we looked around. He even did a couple of video tours for us which was super helpful. Communication is key when you're making the biggest purchase of your life. Cody never failed to respond to a call, text, or email. Another thing, he's got integrity. Never once did I feel pressured to spend more than we could afford. In fact, he actually helped steer me away from a house I really liked, but would have been a total money pit.
