My husband and I recently got the chance to purchase a home. It truly would not have been possible without David. They are the best realtors and are truly here to help you!! We thought we were not initially ready but David has faith in us and he was with us every step of the way. He was very in detail and invested with the entire process. Even when we had little bumps in the road he was always there and made sure we were in the clear. Definitely recommend to literally anyone!!

Absolute in detail and professionalism. The Orellana Team was the BEST find online for my wife and I. They’re incredibly well versed in social media and through their marketing is how we found them. My husband and I were so lucky to have found the Orellana team through my bestfriend! David immediately set us up with a lender and had us approved within 2 days and under contract. After having been ghosted by a previous lender and realtor we were so happy and thrilled about what David and his team did for us so quickly.
