OK, I’ve dealt with many realtors before and had mediocre experience with them – but this one was GREAT! We set a price that I didn’t even think we could get and got it! They helped stage the home, took professional looking pictures (one of their many talents, by the way!) and got it sold before

 

we knew it (about 2 weeks, I think).  They follow up and are great at getting back with you.

The Frenk Team always goes ABOVE & BEYOND their call of duty, making the home buying process seamless and smooth. I always swore I was never going to move again (buy or sell) because the process was stressful and trying. They proved me wrong by making the home selling and buying process so easy that we forgot a few times we we're in the midst of the process. If you are looking to sell or buy a property, call Norman and Felicity. For us, everything was effortless on our part once we put it in their hands. Name a better duo. You can't. The Frenk Team is here for YOU. I was introduced to Felicity through a family member when I started to search for my first home. My husband and I honestly knew very little about the process of buying, but it didn't matter because they explained everything to our level of understanding. I never once felt like I was bothering them with questions, and when it came to paperwork, it was a BREEZE. There are so many people in this industry, it's hard to pick through who is good and who isn't.
