Gena is awesome! Called the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene office as I found a house I wanted to inquire on. Finding out if had already gone pending I was invited to the office where I ended up meeting with Gena. Her personality just clicked with me from the start. She helped me through the rigors of finding a house that met my criteria and was kind enough to point out things to look for, as this was my first home buying experience. She let me know what houses were good and what I should avoid and eventually we found the perfect house for me. She then helped with providing recommendations for financing, helped with the closing, and provided help in getting the utilities turned on. Her positive upbeat attitude provided an enjoyable experience and working with her quickly came to feel like I was house hunting with a good friend. I would definitely recommend working with Gena as she is an amazing realtor who will look out for your best interests and help you find a house that you can make a home.

I had the pressure to have Gena as my agent. Thanks to RealtyPlus for connecting me with her I was able to find our home within two-three months, as soon as we found our home we closed within 30 days. She was on top of my emails, texts and was always had her eye out with any new listings in the area I was looking for. She is knowledgeable in this filed and is great at it. Gena guided me all the way even on things she did not have to. Great eye to spot things I would not have noticed on houses. (even if it was a picture) Come on who takes their work with them when taking a mini vacation... Gena does. She's your girl.
